THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING FIT
Nowadays, the importance of keeping fit could be interesting
for us because all the people need a healthy life. However, not everyone take
things seriously.
Generally, in our society, people eat all types of food
without keep in mind that can be dangerous for their health. Furthermore, in my
view, we should do more sport and eat
fruits and vegetables, but when you go out with your friends, most people buy ‘’Mc
Donnal’’ or something like that.
On the other hand, there are some diets that you can realice
to lose weight or simply, feel better with your own. At present, dieticians
exist and they can offer help and teach
about food, sport…etc
In conclusion, if you are not able to do a diet or do sport,
particularly, I recommend you to call a personal trainer to keeping fit.
